The might-as-wells

Since you have the trim panel removed, you might as well tend to a few things:

Give the bolts holding the wiper motor a bit of a tighten.  10mm socket.

Give the wiper linkage a shot of lithium grease. Pack the area around the  linkage with paper towels to absorb the overspray.  Otherwise, you'll be cleaning the grease off the glass.

There's a philips-head screw between the latch and the lever.  Give it a turn.
 
Some folks add some insulation to the inside of the panel.  I wonder how much benefit this serves.  Additionally, the OEM insulation is sealed in plastic wrapping. Which means that there have been problems with water leakage, soaked insulation, and resulting mildew.
