Kremlin from across the river, gilded church to the right.

A very gilded church within the walls of the Kremlin.

A very ornate clock that was a gift to one of the czars.
The red walls and turret form part of the perimeter of the Kremlin.
Some decorative flags on one of the bridges.  I expect they were installed for the celebrations of the city's anniversary.  These celebrations were cancelled when the Chechens took over the school in southern Russia.
The tower appeared several times in my photos, so I've grouped them here.  I was toying with the color saturation, to try and adjust for the fogging from those Soviet-era X-ray machines.

Recurrent shape.  I think it might be stylised wheat.
From the Unknown Soldier From a bridge over the river
A different bridge. This is definitely wheat. The top of the wall around the Kremlin.
Clock tower

Dad & myself outside the Kremlin.
Some seasonal color
